KZUM is a community radio station located in Lincoln, Nebraska, serving Lincoln and the surrounding area. They came to us with an existing website that was doing its job for them and their community, but just barely. It had been built over a decade prior and received periodical updates, but was struggling with speed and stability issues both on the user-facing side and in the WordPress admin.
We designed and built a completely new website, focusing on increasing legibility, reorganizing information for an improved user flow, and improving overall stability. The entire new site is built with a fresh version of the WordPress theme used on the old website, so that the station's team could continue making their content updates without needing to relearn a brand new interface.
Reception to the new site from the community has been fantastic, and the overall performance has improved dramatically.
